Aitor Ugarte is an engineer who seeks to involve young people in the process of creating public policies.
Experienced as a project manager, he has led initiatives in both the public and private sectors in a high-performance environment.
A convinced Europeanist, he is one of the founders of both Equipo Europa Euskadi and the European Youth Summit (EYS). He has also been Vice President of the association.
