The 2025 Proposals Document compiles the recommendations developed by members of Equipo Europa and partner organizations. The text addresses the main pillars of the European Union–Latin America and Caribbean relationship, with proposals on institutional transparency, human rights and migration, trade and sustainability, education and youth mobility, and the joint fight against organized crime.
The document serves as the theoretical foundation for the Forum’s program and aims to contribute to the debate with European decision-makers, national institutions, and think tanks.
